Soya King Soya Chaap Cutlets are vegetarian cutlets made from soya beans and are the perfect alternative to meat. They are a nutritionally healthy protein source that is meat free, low in saturated fat and with no added preservatives. Soya Chaap Cutlets can be added to casseroles, curries, pies, stir-fries or your favourite recipes/meals.

How to Cook
Simply drain the Soya Chaap Cutlets, wash in cold water:
HOB Remove the sticks from the Soya Chaap Cutlets and cut each one using a knife in 5/6 pieces. Or simply score each one if you prefer to keep them whole. Add oil in a pan, add the Soya Chaap Cutlets and stir fry the pieces for 5 minutes on medium heat until slightly brown. Add your favourite sauce and ingredients, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
GRILL Remove the sticks from the Soya Chaap Cutlets and cut each one using a knife in 5/6 pieces. Or simply score each one if you prefer to keep them whole. Add the Soya Chaap Cutlets to your favourite marinade mixture and keep refrigerated for at least 2 hours. Remove from refrigerator, brush the cutlets with oil or butter and grill or bbq for 8 minutes turning frequently.
Ensure the Soya Chaap Cutlets are piping hot before serving.
